OUR HISTORY
Our Founder, Robert E. Buie, saw the need for an independent testing consulting firm after the passage of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act in 1970. He partnered with the expertise of Dr. Allen K. Done, a leading pediatrician, toxicologist, pharmacologist and founder and director of the first Poison Control Center. Together, they worked to develop our successful testing methods.
Child Related Research is as focused and involved in the evaluation and testing of child-resistant packaging as we were in 1970. Dedication to package research remains our number one priority.
